Briton John produced a commanding performance at the EDGE Series Criterium Race on Sunday, dominating proceedings and leaving with a haul of silverware after a solo masterclass on the Vlissengen Road circuit in Georgetown.

The experienced rider was untouchable, claiming 18 of the 30 lap prizes on offer in a relentless display of speed and control. From the opening laps, John surged clear of the peloton and never looked back, thrilling onlookers and underlining his status as the rider to beat.
Behind him, Aaron Newton powered to second place with a measured ride, edging out a competitive chase group. Alexander Leung claimed third, with Alex Newton and Jamaul John finishing fourth and fifth respectively.
Rounding out the top eight were Raynauth Jeffrey, Christopher Griffith, and Kwame Ridley, all delivering strong rides in a fast and tactical race.
In Category 4, veteran Junior Niles showed his enduring class, finishing ahead of Kwame Fortune and Talim Shaw in a tightly contested field of developing riders.
