Puerto Rico Progress to FIBA 3×3 World Tour

Puerto Rico defeated 18 Caribbean teams to win the inaugural One Guyana 3×3 Quest, securing their place at the FIBA 3×3 World Tour stop in Edmonton, Canada, this August.

The tournament was held from April 5-6 at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall in Georgetown, Guyana’s capital. Carolina — ranked 14th in the world — was unbeaten with a 7–0 record. The Dominican Republic finished as runners-up.

Teams representing 16 countries competed, including the host nation Guyana, as well as Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Trinidad and Tobago. The FIBA 3×3 World Tour 14th Edition will take place at West Edmonton Mall from July 31 to August 3.

Amsterdam are the reigning champions.
